Yesterday I saw the premiere at Cinema City Metropol in Zličín. Its lasting message is still valid today. Against evil, the only force that evil respects is strength. Eternal "muddling through" without concrete actions cannot lead to victory, only to repeated defeats. The film brilliantly shows the unity of character, thought and action. The resistance group of the Mašín brothers was offered a film by Hollywood and made millions of dollars. They didn't have time, they wanted to join the fight in the US Army as soon as possible. More proof of their great character! The Mashins were not soldiers, they gave the order themselves. They demonstrated incredible moral maturity and strength of character. These qualities can only be appreciated by those who recognize these values themselves. How many such people will be among the honoured at Prague Castle?
From an interview with the actor Oskar Hes, who plays Josef Mašín: "What can get me out of my chair is the hypercorrectness, hyper-sensitivity and weak-mindedness of some people. It annoys me how many young people take everything personally, or get caught up in their own thoughts and solve something just to solve something. We live in freedom and prosperity, but a lot of people around me are on anti-depressants. It seems to me that they're having a bad time and then they give up. In my bubble in Prague, young people don't have an existential crisis, they have a spiritual crisis. They don't know what to fight for. We used to have a given enemy, now we don't have one and we are an enemy to ourselves. We lack motivation. We have to find a reason to do something, to work, to bring children into the world, to live."

In 20 years of attending hundreds of public court hearings, I have never seen a judge unreasonably ban the media from entering. She did not issue any decision and did not justify why she issued the ban. On the instructions of Judge Jana Bochňáková, the judicial guard blocked access to two journalists - Ivan Smetana from KTV Live and myself. She made us "murderers without a corpse". I am attaching a short audio recording made just before the start of the trial.
In doing so, she unjustifiably violated the right of the public and the media to participate in and control public court proceedings as guaranteed by the Constitution of the Czech Republic. She committed the crime of abuse of power of a public official and abused the judicial guard to cover her numerous illegal practices. The police didn't deal with the situation, they said they had no competence? The police refused to even ask the judge the reason for her violation of the citizen's constitutional rights. She made no mention of the ban during the hearing. It is clear that she is concerned that the media will not continue to expose her demonstrably illegal practices and procedures. There was no reason for the judicial guards to intervene. She was on our side, but she could not have acted except to obey the illegal order of the judge who abused her. In a private conversation, the judicial guard asked me: "What is the name of your website?" She accepted my card. She was undoubtedly aware of the judge's unjustified order and clear illegal actions. At the hearing, she was silent, failed to factually justify and document in writing her unlawful conduct. Another violation of the law.
The judge must bear any criticism from the media, much less a true one. If she is of a different opinion, she can file a lawsuit against the journalists after the fact, not punish them in advance for its possible occurrence. She has thus knowingly abused her statutory powers in the interests of her own protection and her own knowing violation of the law, if we exclude the ability to fail to perform the function due to limited intellectual capacity. She elevated illegality to the status of legality and flagrantly violated the Constitution, including the prohibition against censorship.

Petrynenko's final song, "Lord God have mercy on us", was something incredible. The "Day of Ukrainian Culture and Cuisine" at Novodvorska Street (15.10.2023) was also amazing. I attach two videos and a PHOTOGALLERY from both events.
Words of the representative of the city district: 'There is nothing to thank for, it is a matter of course'. Ukrainians have been fighting for centuries for freedom and Christianity, it is in their genes and in their hearts. They fight for us and for the preservation of sanity in the world. ČSA is fundamentally renewing its fleet and is reorienting itself towards modern Western aircraft. The most famous animated character in the world is undoubtedly Mickey Mouse - the most famous symbol of Walt Disney's multinational media and entertainment conglomerate.
The darling of generations and hundreds of millions of children around the world. Who among the older generation would not know Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Donald Duck, or Popeye the Sailor and other unforgettable characters and figures. They communicated fundamental values to children in a way that is still unsurpassed today. It is a pity that there was no "media storm"... Today's children, deformed by values, would welcome the return of these magical characters.
On the other hand, we cannot expect a deformed society and those in charge to offer children this "cure-all" again. They are immortal and will one day return in full force. Why rediscover what was discovered long ago. JŠ

At the Shi!fts conference, Daniel Křetínský, Czech businessman and owner of EPH Holding, criticised Europe for three fundamental mistakes that threatened its efficiency and competitiveness. China, he said, had also allowed it to gain a technological edge.
Europe has made three fundamental mistakes that have compromised its competitiveness and efficiency.
"The first was setting an ambitious decarbonisation target without a rational basis for how to achieve it. The Green Deal has become a question of value and this is a mistake in the energy sector specifically. Energy cannot be done with values, ideology or emotions," Křetínský said.
The second mistake, he said, was premature and excessive investment in renewable energy sources such as photovoltaics before the necessary infrastructure was in place and before European companies were ready. By doing so, Křetínský said, Europe gave up its technological lead and allowed China to dominate in this area. "Huge amounts of money have not led to practical results," he stressed.
The third mistake, according to the Czech businessman, was the lack of ensuring European competitiveness vis-à-vis the United States. He pointed out that the price of a megawatt-hour of gas in the US is €11 to €12, while in Europe it is €50. Similarly, the price of electricity in the US is €40, while in Europe it is €140. "We are not guarding our competitiveness in Europe," he warned.

What can say more about the mafia situation in our country if billions, interests and impunity of the powerful are at stake.

Today, the "freed" JUDr. Libor Grygárek is plebeianly insulting, attacking and threatening me with a lawsuit. To this day he has not and will not file it, he knows very well why. Let us recall below the wiretaps from 2014 and the mafia practices of Prosecutor Grygárek.
It also reminds me of the case of Věra Jourová, who confessed to criminal activity, subsequently retracted her confession, the investigating police officers were dismissed and the evidence was destroyed. Incredibly quickly, she was also compensated with about CZK 3 million - for 14 days of pre-trial detention?!
Billionaire Andrej Babiš paid CZK 30 000 for not complying with the court's ruling, and billionaire Donald Trump paid CZK 120 000 for publishing a photograph of the judges. My bailiff Mgr. Jan Beneš has already imposed a maximum fine of CZK 100,000 seven times for freedom of speech and the public's right to information about public figures. Not to mention the loss of my family home and data for 30 years of my activities abroad and in the Czech Republic. JŠ

The FORUM 2000 conference will be held 15-17.10.2023 in Prague only for invited, registered, selected and approved...
At what address FORUM 2000 is being held this year is not known from the website, as well as the time schedule with speakers. Apparently everything must be under control, including "unreliable" visitors. That is also why more and more things are getting out of control in the "controlled society". To my email below to the FORUM 2000 Secretariat, delivery was acknowledged (no reply to date). My telephone enquiry was not answered with a link to the website (the phone was uncompromisingly terminated). The unspoken message to citizens is "Watch the ´box´ shut up and don't disturb!". Where are the days when I could enter the discussion, ask questions of the panelists and meet them during breaks, including FORUM 2000 founder President Václav Havel. The days of "citizens without citizens" are back again. In the Czech version you will learn less or nothing, unlike the English version...
FORUM 2000 has become more of a "forum and a farce", with all due respect to the speakers. You can watch them on YouTube. One cannot expect a live broadcast of the public CT, at most a "report" and a few shots of who all arrived, not what anyone said of substance. The singer and bard Karel Kryl would even today say democracy in practice. Democracy is a service to citizens, not to politicians who just talk about it. JŠ
