Reaktion auf den Artikel auf Aktuálně.cz. Als sie Visabetrug aufdeckte, wurde sie gefeuert.

Ja, das ist richtig, aber so schnell ging es nicht. Das Außenministerium musste sich bis zur Entlassung vorarbeiten und hat dabei gegen die Regierungsverordnung Nr. 145/2015 verstoßen, die es verbietet, eine Person zu bestrafen, zu benachteiligen oder zu zwingen, die mutmaßliches Fehlverhalten im Dienst meldet.

Obwohl das einschlägige Gesetz Nr. 171/2023 zum Schutz von Hinweisgebern in der Tschechischen Republik erst seit letztem Jahr in Kraft ist, gehört der Schutz von Hinweisgebern seit einigen Jahren zu den Prioritäten der EU (einschließlich der EU-Richtlinie 2019/1937, die auf den Schutz von Personen abzielt, die arbeitsbezogenes Fehlverhalten melden)....

Ich habe mehrere hochrangige EU-Beamte persönlich zu dieser Angelegenheit angeschrieben, sowohl im öffentlichen Interesse als auch im Zusammenhang mit den bevorstehenden Wahlen zum Europäischen Parlament. Ihre Reaktionen, falls es welche gibt, werden veröffentlicht werden.

Nedávný útok na slovenského premiéra Fica i události na FF Univerzity Karlovy v Praze nás inspirují k úvahám o krizi dnešní společnosti a poklesu morálky. Česká televize v sobotu věnovala jedno ze svých zpravodajství výhrůžkám slovenským politikům. Nejen tam se hovořilo o aktivním a zodpovědném přístupu slovenské policie k varováním a výhrůžkám. Nejde ale jen o Slovensko. V aféře Marokogate se vyhrožovalo i v Čechách. V březnu 2021 zatelefonoval pracovník českého MZV bývalé konzulce v Maroku J. Chaloupkové, že „může být ráda, že je ještě naživu, protože někomu vysoko sáhla na byznys“. Víza měla vydávat dle pokynů velvyslance Viktora Lorence bez ohledu na předpisy. Skoro o rok později se další osoba, také z personální sekce ministerstva vyjádřila, že si má konzulka dávat pozor, že si na ni mohou někoho najmout a zopakovala to o pár měsíců později znovu. Na rozdíl od policie slovenské se tomu pplk. Jan Šulc z NCOZ jen usmíval a odkázal na telefonickou linku 158.

We are including current events in view of the upcoming European elections

The recent attack on Slovak Prime Minister Fico and the events at the Faculty of Arts of Charles University in Prague inspire us to reflect on the crisis of today's society and the decline of morality. On Saturday, Czech television devoted one of its news bulletins to threats against Slovak politicians. It was not only there that the active and responsible approach of the Slovak police to warnings and threats was discussed. However, this is not just about Slovakia. In the Moroccogate affair, threats were also made in the Czech Republic. In March 2021, an employee of the Czech MFA telephoned the former consul in Morocco, J. Chaloupková, and told her that "she could be glad that she was still alive because she had touched somebody's business". She was to issue visas according to the instructions of Ambassador Viktor Lorenc, regardless of the regulations. Almost a year later, another person, also from the ministry's personnel section, said that the consul should be careful, that they could hire someone to look after her, and repeated the same thing again a few months later. Unlike the Slovak police, Colonel Jan Šulc of the NCOZ just smiled and referred them to the 158 telephone line.

Le récent attentat contre le Premier ministre slovaque Fico et les événements survenus à la faculté des arts de l'université Charles à Prague nous incitent à réfléchir à la crise de la société actuelle et au déclin de la moralité. Samedi, la télévision tchèque a consacré l'un de ses bulletins d'information aux menaces contre les hommes politiques slovaques. Ce n'est pas seulement à cette occasion que l'approche active et responsable de la police slovaque face aux avertissements et aux menaces a été discutée. Mais il ne s'agit pas seulement de la Slovaquie. Dans l'affaire du Marocogate, des menaces ont également été proférées en République tchèque. En mars 2021, un employé du MAE tchèque a téléphoné à l'ancien consul au Maroc, J. Chaloupková, et lui a dit qu'"elle pouvait se réjouir d'être encore en vie parce qu'elle avait touché aux affaires de quelqu'un". Elle devait délivrer des visas conformément aux instructions de l'ambassadeur Viktor Lorenc, sans tenir compte de la réglementation. Près d'un an plus tard, une autre personne, également de la section du personnel du ministère, a déclaré que la consule devrait être prudente, qu'ils pourraient engager quelqu'un pour s'occuper d'elle, et a répété la même chose quelques mois plus tard. Contrairement à la police slovaque, le colonel Jan Šulc du NCOZ s'est contenté de sourire et de les renvoyer à la ligne téléphonique 158.

Das jüngste Attentat auf den slowakischen Ministerpräsidenten Fico und die Ereignisse an der Philosophischen Fakultät der Karlsuniversität in Prag regen uns zum Nachdenken über die Krise der heutigen Gesellschaft und den Verfall der Moral an. Am Samstag widmete das tschechische Fernsehen eine seiner Nachrichtensendungen den Drohungen gegen slowakische Politiker. Nicht nur dort wurde das aktive und verantwortungsvolle Vorgehen der slowakischen Polizei bei Warnungen und Drohungen diskutiert. Es geht aber nicht nur um die Slowakei. In der Marokko-Affäre gab es auch Drohungen in der Tschechischen Republik. Im März 2021 rief ein Mitarbeiter des tschechischen Außenministeriums die ehemalige Konsulin in Marokko, J. Chaloupková, an und teilte ihr mit, sie könne froh sein, dass sie noch lebe, denn sie habe die Angelegenheiten von jemandem berührt. Sie sollte auf Anweisung des Botschafters Viktor Lorenc Visa ausstellen, ohne Rücksicht auf die Vorschriften. Fast ein Jahr später sagte eine andere Person, ebenfalls aus der Personalabteilung des Ministeriums, dass die Konsulin vorsichtig sein solle und man jemanden einstellen könne, der sich um sie kümmere, und wiederholte das Gleiche einige Monate später. Im Gegensatz zur slowakischen Polizei lächelte Oberst Jan Šulc von der NCOZ nur und verwies sie an die Telefonnummer 158.

Blíží se volby do Evropského parlamentu a s nimi sílí i předvolební kampaň jednotlivých stran. SPD zvolila strategii podobnou té, kterou používala Přísaha v r. 2021 – stánky staví ve městech, kde se konají festivaly, v lázních při otevírání nové lázeňské sezóny, tedy tam, kam směřují davy lidí. V Praze proběhlo 23.5.2024 na Václavském náměstí setkání evropských vlasteneckých stran sdružených ve Straně identity a demokracie a vystoupila tam skupina Ortel.

Přátelům to nedalo, aby se stánkařů, kteří přisvědčili, že jsou nejen propagátory SPD do eurovoleb, ale i členy této strany, nezeptali, co skutečně tato strana v realitě udělala proti migraci a islamizaci Evropy

a jak hlásají letáky, které SPDa Trikolora rozdávají. Nastalo nejprve ticho a pak se postarší pán začal trochu potit. Snažil se něco povídat o tom, že je třeba, aby se tady (zřejmě myšleno v ČR či v celé Evropě?) nevytvářely islámské buňky. Trochu se třásl a bylo vidět, že otázka ho vykolejila. 

Ano, ilegální migrace je velký problém, a to především u podezřelých osob

U těch, kteří jsou ochotni za vidinu přesunu do Evropy a sen o lepším materiálním životě vozit narkotika a špinavé peníze. U těch, kteří jsou živnou půdou pro radikální skupiny díky své nevzdělanosti, materiální nouzi, neznalosti jazyků a frustraci ze života bez dobré perspektivy v domovské zemi. Ti jsou velmi snadno manipulovatelní, a právě na ně se orientují teroristické organizace. Někteří z nich i skutečně věří v radikální islám, odměnu v ráji v posmrtném životě za šíření víry i „mečem“ a v novodobou „křižáckou výpravu“. V neposlední řadě se ale často jedná o chudáky, kteří jsou později nuceni k otrocké práci, aby si „odpracovali náklady“, které jejich přesun do Evropy pro organizátora představoval.

Comment:

Moroccans are the second or third largest group of illegal migrants in Slovenia, which is surprising considering the arc they take to get there. The reason is that they can fly to Belgrade visa-free and then smuggle themselves illegally into Slovenia. The government there has already partially removed the barriers that the last government installed on the border with Croatia. It is no wonder then that immigration is increasing madly. The Prime Minister, Robert Golob, has solved this with a charlatan's judgment, equating 'white' illegal migration with legal migration. The government wants to build a new migration centre. Each migrant costs Slovenia almost €2,000 a month, far more than the shameful minimum wage that many Slovenian citizens receive. People are protesting against the new centres because of their experience of the criminality of its inhabitants, but the government doesn't care. It organises basic Slovenian language courses, but to no avail. The goal of most migrants is to go to Western Europe. Austria and Italy have already introduced border controls. Which means they'll all be staying in Slovenia soon. So far, only a small number of migrants have managed to be sent to Croatia. This is also the way Schengen is unravelling. We, the EU and the world lack strong leaders. They state what is wrong but do not offer effective solutions. Let us hope that the coming crisis will generate them. This has always been the case after times of great economic crises and prosperity. Let us hope in time, without the need for war.

Commentaire :

Les Marocains constituent le deuxième ou le troisième groupe d'immigrés clandestins en Slovénie, ce qui est surprenant compte tenu de l'arc qu'ils empruntent pour arriver jusqu'ici. La raison en est qu'ils peuvent prendre l'avion pour Belgrade sans visa et entrer ensuite clandestinement en Slovénie. Le gouvernement slovène a déjà partiellement supprimé les barrières que le gouvernement précédent avait installées à la frontière avec la Croatie. Il n'est donc pas étonnant que l'immigration augmente à un rythme effréné. Le Premier ministre, Robert Golob, a résolu ce problème en faisant preuve d'un jugement charlatan, en mettant sur le même plan l'immigration illégale « blanche » et l'immigration légale. Le gouvernement veut construire un nouveau centre de migration. Chaque migrant coûte à la Slovénie près de 2 000 euros par mois, bien plus que le salaire minimum honteux que reçoivent de nombreux citoyens slovènes. Les gens protestent contre les nouveaux centres en raison de leur expérience de la criminalité de leurs habitants, mais le gouvernement s'en moque. Il organise des cours de base de slovène, mais en vain. L'objectif de la plupart des migrants est de se rendre en Europe occidentale. L'Autriche et l'Italie ont déjà mis en place des contrôles aux frontières. Cela signifie qu'ils resteront bientôt tous en Slovénie. Jusqu'à présent, seul un petit nombre de migrants a réussi à être envoyé en Croatie. C'est aussi de cette manière que Schengen s'effiloche. Nous, l'UE et le monde manquons de dirigeants forts. Ils disent ce qui ne va pas mais ne proposent pas de solutions efficaces. Espérons que la crise qui s'annonce en suscitera d'autres. Cela a toujours été le cas après les périodes de grandes crises économiques et de prospérité. Espérons que le temps viendra, sans qu'il soit nécessaire de recourir à la guerre.

Kommentar:

Marokkaner sind die zweit- oder drittgrößte Gruppe illegaler Migranten in Slowenien, was angesichts des Bogens, den sie schlagen, um nach Slowenien zu gelangen, überraschend ist. Der Grund dafür ist, dass sie visumfrei nach Belgrad fliegen und sich dann illegal nach Slowenien schmuggeln können. Die dortige Regierung hat die von der Vorgängerregierung errichteten Sperren an der Grenze zu Kroatien bereits teilweise abgebaut. Kein Wunder also, dass die Einwanderung sprunghaft ansteigt. Ministerpräsident Robert Golob hat dies mit dem Urteil eines Scharlatans gelöst, indem er die „weiße“ illegale Migration mit der legalen gleichgesetzt hat. Die Regierung will ein neues Migrationszentrum bauen. Jeder Migrant kostet Slowenien fast 2.000 Euro pro Monat, weit mehr als der beschämende Mindestlohn, den viele slowenische Bürger erhalten. Die Menschen protestieren gegen die neuen Zentren, weil sie Erfahrungen mit der Kriminalität ihrer Bewohner gemacht haben, aber das ist der Regierung egal. Sie organisiert zwar Grundkurse in Slowenisch, aber ohne Erfolg. Das Ziel der meisten Migranten ist es, nach Westeuropa zu gelangen. Österreich und Italien haben bereits Grenzkontrollen eingeführt. Das heißt, sie werden bald alle in Slowenien bleiben. Bislang ist es nur einer kleinen Zahl von Migranten gelungen, nach Kroatien zu gelangen. Das ist auch die Art und Weise, wie sich Schengen auflöst. Uns, der EU und der Welt fehlt es an starken Führungspersönlichkeiten. Sie sagen, was falsch läuft, bieten aber keine wirksamen Lösungen an. Hoffen wir, dass die kommende Krise solche Lösungen hervorbringen wird. Das war schon immer der Fall nach Zeiten großer Wirtschaftskrisen und des Wohlstands. Hoffen wir, dass die Zeit reif ist, ohne dass ein Krieg nötig ist.

AUDIOZÁZNAM výslechu svědka Damjana Prelovšeka (1.4.2022)

Česká televize nedávno odvysílala francouzský film Atentát v Paříži z roku 1972 inspirovaný skutečnou událostí. Příběh bývalého marockého ministra Sadiela (ve skutečnosti politika Mehdi Ben Barka, mimochodem spolupracovníka československé STB). Byl přítelem vylákán ze svého švýcarského exilu do Paříže pod záminkou mediálního interview. Trochu připomíná i naši story. Sadiel byl unesen na Bulváru St. Germain francouzskou tajnou policií, přepraven do vily gsngstera, který za války spolupracoval s gestapem a v jejím sklepení nelidsky mučen svým bývalým přítelem a kolegou, rovněž marockým ministrem, ovšem stále ještě ve funkci. Sadiel náležel k levicovým politikům, přemýšlel nad zlepšením životní úrovně chudého marockého lidu, který dle jeho kata „ještě nedospěl tak daleko, aby si ji zasloužil“. Do Maroka se vrátil Sadiel v dřevěné bedně a byl kdesi pohřben pod nánosem písku.  Přítel v uvozovkách, kterého hraje mistr Trintignan, zalitoval svého pochybení, k němuž ho tajná služba donutila výhrůžkami a nutno dodat, že zřejmě netušil, že konečným cílem je Sadielova smrt a vynucení jmen jeho spolupracovníků v Maroku středověkými metodami. Trintignan tedy vše nahrál na magnetofonovou pásku a kontaktoval své mediální kolegy, aby došlo ke zveřejnění kauzy, doufal i v záchranu Sadielova života. To se mu bohužel nepovedlo. Vtipná byla scéna řady mužů sedících na sluchátkách a odposlouchávajících konverzace. Samozřejmě se takto ihned dozvěděli, kde je Trintignanova kancelář a zneškodnili ho. Zemřel nakonec rukou onoho novinářského kolegy, který také pracoval pro tajňáky. Trintignan ale přece jen nějaké slušné přátele měl a ti oznámili policii, že je ve sklepení vily Sadiel držen i ohrožení Trintignanova života. Komisař byl aktivní a snažil se vše vyšetřit. Jeho pátrání se tajné službě nelíbilo, a tak se ho jejich pracovník snažil přimět, aby všeho nechal. Policista byl ale čestný a nedal se zastrašit. Bohužel na zkorumpované tajňáky byl krátký. Patří mu alespoň obdiv za statečnost a odvahu a snahu, což české Národní centrále pro boj s organizovaným zločinem chybí. Ta, když jí někdo naznačí, že šetřit nemá, vzdá vše.

Film nicméně připomenul prostředí politických machinací, v nichž často služby hrají větší či menší roli

I Trintinagnova přítelkyně ve snímku nejprve nevěří, co jí vypráví a říká: „to je jako detektivka“. Ano, tak je to bohužel i s naším příběhem. Jen my jsme ještě naštěstí naživu, přestože nám bylo opakovaně vyhrožováno. Tajné služby se každopádně aktivizovaly i zde. Ne únosem, nýbrž sledováním české ambasády, jejích pracovníků a snahou překazit podvody s vízy, případně později přispět k jejich prošetření. Jenže to nebylo možné bez spolupráce české strany a ta zájem na boji s korupcí neměla.

... So it was clear that he was involved in the process of visa trafficking and that he should stand before the disciplinary committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, not Jana Chaloupková. She refused visa applications to keep dangerous people out of Europe. But then State Secretary Miloslav Stašek was rooting for Lorenc and also hoped that Lorenc's close friend Miloš Zeman would appoint him as ambassador to the US (he is today). The consul had nothing to offer against this. Only honest service to the country and the EU, which was not important. So the Secretary of State imposed disciplinary proceedings on the whistleblower. This, along with further action against the Consulate, confirmed that not only was she not interested in dealing with visa fraud correctly, but that she was encouraging it and possibly orchestrating the destruction of a whistleblower and exemplary public servant. Everything has been turned on its head. Yet the EU Whistleblower Protection Directive literally prohibits the imposition or use of disciplinary measures, reprimands and other sanctions....

Nejednou jí šlo o život, přesto v dresu Česka stále pracuje v jedné z nejsložitějších destinací na planetě. Podle zjištění serveru Lidovky.cz by měla velvyslankyně v Sýrii Eva Filipi na postu v Damašku nyní skončit.

Její diplomatický um vyzdvihovali i Američané. Ti po útoku na velvyslance Roberta Forda v roce 2011 svou přítomnost v Damašku omezili. Následně Češi začali hrát roli styčného důstojníka či ochránce amerických zájmů (takzvaná protecting power). To se týká především konzulárních otázek, které se dotýkají osudů konkrétních amerických občanů. Důvod, proč si USA vybraly Česko, popsal před šesti lety pro časopis Foreign Policy sám bývalý velvyslanec Ford. „Eva (Filipi) měla lepší přehled o myšlení syrské vlády,“ zavzpomínal.

Diplomacie výměnu nechtěla komentovat. „Proces jmenování velvyslanců probíhá v utajovaném režimu, a proto nemůžeme detaily komentovat,“ sdělil Daniel Drake, mluvčí ministerstva zahraničí. Dodal, že česká ambasáda v Damašku bude i nadále vykonávat funkci „protecting power“.
