I have opposed lawlessness for over 50 years, with unacknowledged PTSD, at the expense of this illness and its neglect in the toddler years of the last regime, and now face persecution lasting 33 years. I was deprived of my health when I resisted (under the protection of Article 23 of the Constitution) in 1997, received a soldatte from the guards, had my hair cut (against human dignity) and found myself in the hole at Bory, among other things for being wrongly convicted. The result? - permanent consequences and restrictions on movement. The loss of billions in profits. Deprived of my ancestors (through medical neglect, both grandparents were caused to die in hospital). And now they are depriving me (our family) of the roof over my head and the home they built - the property and farm (worth approx. 12 million?) for a wrongfully enforced debt from the VZP (in the amount of 300k) and auctioned off the "family property" based on a rigged procedure and now a speculator buyer is throwing us out of our home. Eviction notice.
The attached petition will certainly bring the matter closer. The case was decided by a judge who often grants "consent judgments" to make her job easier. However, in doing so, she harmed the health of the litigant with permanent consequences, who was also deprived of significant family assets. The judge had already served under the Communist Party of 1985 and we have a judgment from her! The above attachment "she called the litigants cows and morons" is from other litigants but from the same judge.
The totalitarian hyenas have damaged our health (my mother's too, as she is undergoing permanent psychiatric treatment as a result of the case No. 10C187/2011 -) and this condition has been abused to deprive us of these values and we have been left robbed in oppression and distress, after several breakdowns... unbelievable.
I don't need help, nor have I been helped all this time.
PS: I haven't followed your site for 20 years, I discovered you via KTV on FB, it's been about two weeks. I'm busy on my own defensively. I haven't stopped defending yet.
