  • Czech Republic: Diplomatic posts are also a form of corruption

Stasek Miroslav a diplomateThe destructive cocktail of vested interests and widespread corruption is the misfortune and pain of our state. Every year, billions from the budget end up in the private accounts of individuals. Corruption has a powerful influence on the decision-making of government and local politicians and lowers the standard of living of everyone. It affects all branches of government, from road and motorway construction to health care.

It is not just about financial donations; the forms of corruption are varied, from cash to paid trips, luxury gifts, lucrative contracts or grants to lucrative positions on supervisory boards or in the civil service, where ambassadorial posts are among the most popular.

But it doesn't stop there. Every newly appointed deputy, chief director and sometimes even "mere" director chooses an office and a secretariat, gets new equipment, brings in assistants. And, especially in the case of the State Department, they start travelling. The number of inspection, control and other missions increases by leaps and bounds. Towards the end of the term, these staff usually become ambassadors.

  • Is the government hiding the fact that migrants started the Socerbo fire? Some portals reported this information, but then broke their silence...

Pozar socerb FOTO STA Sebastijan R MaccekThe fire in the Gorica Karst had not even cooled down when the fire broke out on the edge of the karst near Socerbo on Tuesday evening. The fire is still not extinguished, but is under control, the STA news agency reported this morning. The biggest obstacle to the fire's eradication is the storm that forced firefighters to battle all day yesterday.

According to data from the RS Protection and Rescue Administration from Tuesday afternoon, the fire had an area of about 15 hectares, but according to the head of the intervention, David Hrvatin, this number increased slightly towards the evening. On the Italian side, two villages also had to be evacuated because of the fire. The latest fire is certain to further threaten the drinking water supply in Slovenian Istria.

It is interesting that no one is reporting on the cause of the fires, which have been particularly intense in Primorska this summer, despite the fact that most of the European Union has problems with them. While the regime's media and various influencers are looking for the cause of the fires in climate change and global warming, in the case of the latest fire in Socerbo, rumours are spreading that it all started with open burning, which is strictly forbidden at this time of year and which the locals observe. One of the possible causes of the fire is the littering of cigarette butts, a rather nasty habit even among Slovenian drivers, who throw still burning cigarettes out of open car windows. However, there is increasing speculation that the fires are also linked to increased migration.

    Let's take a closer look

  • Legault on same page as Macron, suggests Trudeau giving in to terror ‘blackmail’

The current terrorist attacks in France and Austria prove Consul Jana Chaloupková right. The explosive topic of issuing visas in Rabat remains an absolute taboo for the Czech media and Czech politicians. J.Š.

France’s President called Quebec Premier François Legault to thank him for his defence of free speech, Legault said Tuesday.

The Quebec premier then criticized Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on the issue by suggesting he was giving into blackmail.

Legault said he and Emmanuel Macron spoke during a phone call Tuesday morning that touched on the recent terrorist attacks in France, which authorities have attributed to Islamic extremists. In one of the recent attacks, a French teacher was beheaded after showing students caricatures of the Prophet Muhammad.

The Quebec premier said Macron called to thank him for the “clear position” he took in defending freedom of expression “without any hesitation.” Legault made the comments at a Monday news conference, during which he said, “I do not agree with Justin Trudeau; I agree with Emmanuel Macron … we need to protect freedom of expression.”

  • Qatargate, Moroccan dissident Mohamed Dihani: "So Rabat asked me to spy in Italy."

EU totalitaMore than 500 Moroccan secret agents have infiltrated EU institutions. Members of the European Parliament are being controlled by 007 agents without their knowledge. For three years, they spied on journalists, Algerian and French politicians: one of President Emmanuel Macron's mobile phones appeared on a list of 50,000 phone numbers targeted by the spywareMorocco will emerge victorious from this scandal too, because it is blackmailing all the countries.

"In prison for four years because I didn't cooperate. 500 agents infiltrated EU institutions. They're bugging politicians, even Macron."

"I was kidnapped, tortured and held in a secret Moroccan intelligence prison. At one point I was even offered money to cooperate with them from Italy. I refused and then they left me in an underground prison for seven months. Thanks to Italian justice, however, I managed to return here".

The investigation by the Belgian Federal Prosecutor's Office, which is uncovering a vast network of corruption inside and outside the European Parliament, does not surprise Mohamed Dihani at all, especially when it comes to 007's infiltration capabilities in Rabat. On 22 July, the Sahrawi activist and human rights defender managed to enter Italian territory and apply for international protection after a long legal battle, thanks to the support of Amnesty International.

  • Three deaths of Zeman's favourites in five months...

MZV CR logo 1"Find the limit of work", writes Minister Lipavsky to diplomats...

In five months, the Foreign Ministry has been rocked by three sudden and untimely deaths of high-ranking Czech diplomats - "on duty" and in high-profile destinations. The office is considering a new regulation of working conditions under the Foreign Service Act. Access to psychological care for diplomats and their families is also to be improved.

The Czernin Palace has faced unprecedented pressure, especially from President Miloš Zeman and his entourage, which has accompanied the Castle's efforts to reverse the focus of foreign policy - from the West to the East and towards authoritarian regimes. Full article>

As a side note, the diplomat Jana Hybášková was caught drunk driving - and promoted. The brilliant diplomat Dr. Jana Chaloupková, who refused to behave in a way that was not in accordance with the rules, was literally thrown out of the MFA on the street. All this after many years of successful diplomatic work for our country (knowledge of 12 foreign languages).

  • X. PART Czech-Marocco Gate - The Continuing Series: Ahmed Bahaddou - Fraudster or Victim? A shocking audio recording!

Updated 19.2.2024: I spoke to the President of the EP, Roberta Metsola - No energy crisis! In fact, the prime minister's lie and speculation on the stock market - the government should relocate to the prison in Pankrác

I wanted to encourage an objective investigation so that fraudsters are not covered up and innocent people are not destroyed. The editors contacted Ahmed Bahaddou and asked about his activities at the Czech embassy in Rabat together with Viktor Lorenc, specifically whether he was a middleman in suspicious applications for Schengen visas. Bahaddou denied this: "I did not broker any visas. I accompany the Czech embassy on certain occasions. I was present at the creation of some contracts between companies and accompanied the official visit of Prime Minister Andrej Babiš to Morocco on 4 December 2018. I worked first with Ambassador Fronkova, then with Viktor."

Of course, he didn't fly in the Prime Minister's special so as not to be too conspicuous. It was A. Bahaddou who took care of him in Morocco. And as he himself states, he arranged cars and drivers for him and other top representatives of Czech companies, invited them to dinners and paid for everything in Morocco out of his own pocket. Of course, he couldn't do this forever and he couldn't pay for everything. So he had to get some kind of counterpart.

However, Bahaddou later stated that he was the initiator of the idea of this air connection and he arranged it. This would also explain his presence on the first flight.  A. Bahaddou's statement in French to Air Arabia on the audio recording:

But somehow the strange visa activities don't fit in with all this

Babis Air Arabia 1.4.2029If someone is arranging business for Czech companies, arranging air connections, arranging meetings for the Prime Minister with wealthy Moroccan businessmen, then surely he or she is receiving appropriate financial remuneration for these activities. At most, he could recommend some local VIPs such as politicians, businessmen and partners of Czech companies for Schengen visas, who would deserve, for example, priority acceptance of visa applications, waiver of the application fee, a visa for multiple entries, as they often travel to the Czech Republic and elsewhere. These exemptions are duly allowed by the Schengen regulations, they are in order, normal and, on the contrary, for some people they are an expression of quality diplomacy, respect for the partner and can be described as part of economic diplomacy. Such correct exceptions are common practice in all Schengen Member States. Not, however, visas for suspicious persons who then travel elsewhere and for other purposes.

    Comment:

Moroccans are the second or third largest group of illegal migrants in Slovenia, which is surprising considering the arc they take to get there. The reason is that they can fly to Belgrade visa-free and then smuggle themselves illegally into Slovenia. The government there has already partially removed the barriers that the last government installed on the border with Croatia. It is no wonder then that immigration is increasing madly. The Prime Minister, Robert Golob, has solved this with a charlatan's judgment, equating 'white' illegal migration with legal migration. The government wants to build a new migration centre. Each migrant costs Slovenia almost €2,000 a month, far more than the shameful minimum wage that many Slovenian citizens receive. People are protesting against the new centres because of their experience of the criminality of its inhabitants, but the government doesn't care. It organises basic Slovenian language courses, but to no avail. The goal of most migrants is to go to Western Europe. Austria and Italy have already introduced border controls. Which means they'll all be staying in Slovenia soon. So far, only a small number of migrants have managed to be sent to Croatia. This is also the way Schengen is unravelling. We, the EU and the world lack strong leaders. They state what is wrong but do not offer effective solutions. Let us hope that the coming crisis will generate them. This has always been the case after times of great economic crises and prosperity. Let us hope in time, without the need for war.

    P.S..
This is how it ends, or rather begins in Germany.

    Commentaire :

  • XIV. PART XIV of Czech-Marocco Gate - how to conduct disciplinary proceedings at the MFA and how to discredit whistleblowers

Updated 4.7.2024:Tomáš Pecina "Are we living the last months of Czech democracy?", published on 30 May 2012 on the websitehttp://slepeckahul.pecina.cz

"The state and state structures were not built according to a solid plan and in respect for the democratic system of values. The police are fatally corrupt, the judicial system is dysfunctional, the country is ruled by a mafia of extortionists, usurers and fraudsters against whom a decent person cannot find a defence and therefore has no reason to identify with the state and defend it if he himself is confronted daily with the indifference of the state."

... So it was clear that he was involved in the process of visa trafficking and that he should stand before the disciplinary committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, not Jana Chaloupková. She refused visa applications to keep dangerous people out of Europe. But then State Secretary Miloslav Stašek was rooting for Lorenc and also hoped that Lorenc's close friend Miloš Zeman would appoint him as ambassador to the US (he is today). The consul had nothing to offer against this. Only honest service to the country and the EU, which was not important. So the Secretary of State imposed disciplinary proceedings on the whistleblower. This, along with further action against the Consulate, confirmed that not only was she not interested in dealing with visa fraud correctly, but that she was encouraging it and possibly orchestrating the destruction of a whistleblower and exemplary public servant. Everything has been turned on its head. Yet the EU Whistleblower Protection Directive literally prohibits the imposition or use of disciplinary measures, reprimands and other sanctions....
