He strongly criticized Social Democrats and communists actions  against restutions of church properties. His statements in the broadcasts quickly clashed with radio host and led to his being cut off in spite of the fact that under constitution of the Czech republic, communism and nazism is criminal ideology. Leader of czech communist party, active  StB  agent Falmer-Vojtech  Filip, was elected as deputy vice chairman by 151 votes of 201 in czech parliament. Filip  and his hatred against NATO and our new allies is well known.......
Dialogue between radio host Hana Sehnalova (HS) and Dominik Duka (DD) - Original from 21.10.2013.

DD: „Mrs redactor,not being able to tell you what I will do. I'm not owner of church and state measures on restitutions it is only confirmation of decisions  made by communist president Klement Gottwald. For two years I try to warn about kind of people, who want take away the rest of freedom and democracy We fight for. If our society accept this regulations,it will be proof that I,m not living in democratic state where legislative and morals principles rules and that all of this is unknown value. It means ,that we are returning under the red flag of communism, with hammer and sickle on it.“

HS: „I apologize his excellency,elections are very close and under rules of Czech radio broadcast regulations,we are prohibited promoting any political parties.“

DD: „But I'm not doing it.“

HS: „You are not saying it directly,but we are walking thin ice.“

DD: „Mrs redactor,in this case the Czech radio don't comply with radio communications principles of freedom.“

HS: „That I'm afraid of.“

DD: „Thats me ,who is afraid of it...RIGHT??“

HS: „Our regulations must be respected and that is why We all must keep it in our mind as long as election is in process. That is why Pragues archbishop is signig off.  In our live broadcast.“

DD: „Thank for your censorship.“

HS: „Thank for your dialogue.  BYE ! ! !“

The heroic words of cardinal Duka about danger of returning communistc to power." Mike" wasn't switch off
by Mrs. Sehnalova, but by yellow-bellied, redsucker - editor. Czech council for radio broadcasts didn't find any evidence of wrong-doing by Cardinal Duka.
