Dear Mr. Sinagl
Best greetings, I feel sorry for not have been able to write to inform you about the situation in Sudan as requested. It took a long time to convince the Military Side that the people of Sudan revolted against the MILITARY GOVERNMENT for a CIVIL GOVERNMENT. Yesterday 02/08/2019, we reached an agreement for a CIVIL GOVERNMENT was signed between Both Sides, and which has been accepted regionally and internationally. Leaders of the revolution will form the Transitional Government to run the country for three years, and prepare for General Elections.
After Thirty Years of the dictatorial reactionaries Islamist regime, the Sudanese have the right to reap the fruits of their implantation, which they fought with their struggle, steadfastness, tears, and blood. The Sudanese are now entitled to see their eyes on a new homeland, a nation like their revolution and worthy of their nobility, greatness, and glory.
This agreement opens the way for the formation of the institutions of the transitional authority, which will start implementing reform programs in the political, economic and social reality spaces, one of the most important priorities of this government will be the concern for peace, and the transparent and independent investigation to uncover and hold accountable the killers of the martyrs.
We hope that the formation of the institutions of the transitional authority will be the beginning of a new era in which despair will descend before the creeping of hope and win over the swarms of locust swarms. We wish a new era in which we respect our diversity, achieve national reconciliation and hold on to our unity and exercise our collective will to move to a new homeland. A decent life for people in their pension, in their health and in their dreams.
We wish a time in which the voice of the gun was silenced and in which the cells of arbitrary detention were destroyed. A time without hungry children and sick people dying for the inability to buy life-saving medicines.
We wish once again, once and for all, stop the cycle of failure and regression that marked the march of the national rule in Sudan.
Mercy to the martyrs and the greeting to this generation, who came out of the womb of a wounded history, but held an alliance with the sun and managed to move the giant door that separates him from freedom, glory to our great people and salute you.
Yours sincerely;
Dr. Hassan ELBAKRI
