Karel Havlíček Borovský

Prime Minister Petr Fiala allegedly has no competence

  • II. PART II: Czech-Maroccogate series continued - Prime Minister Petr Fiala allegedly has no competence?

Prelovsek DamjanFiala Jansa ZelenskyjI very much appreciated the move by Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala to visit Kiev in March 2022, together with the then Slovenian Prime Minister (and, as I know, on his initiative) Janez Janša and his Polish partners. They were the first to support the Ukrainian nation and its President, Mr Zelensky, in this way in the fight against Russian aggression for freedom and democracy. The whole mission was courageous and certainly not without risks from a security point of view.

I also had high hopes for the new governing coalition of Petro Fiala, who in the 2021 election campaign promised decency and to right the wrongs of the previous government. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for this.

The Prime Minister was one of the people I approached in the matter of serious fraud with Schengen visas at the Czech embassy in Morocco. I have not yet received a reply.  However, he has stressed to other Czech citizens who have also contacted him on this matter that he "has no competence". According to the Constitution of the Czech Republic, the Prime Minister organises the activities of the government, chairs its meetings and speaks on its behalf. His position within the government is quite strong and determines the direction of policy. Although he cannot directly influence the activities of individual ministries, he should not turn a blind eye to serious misconduct. By virtue of his position, he is also the Chairman of the State Security Council and the Council for Combating Corruption.

  • No energy crisis! In fact, the prime minister's lie and speculation on the stock market - the government should relocate to the prison in Pankrác

CEZ logo IITraktory a selsky rozumPrime Minister Fiala and the government have been talking about an energy crisis in the country since the beginning of 2022. There was and is no energy crisis. All the talk about electricity was to cover up the huge speculation on the commodity derivatives exchange.

Today, there is clear data on electricity production in the country in recent years, on exports and on trading, but not in electricity, but in commodity derivatives. The electricity price increase was a scam and a scam instigated by the Czech Government and their "friends" who smelled a huge opportunity after the collapse of Bohemia Energy. But trading, trading in commodity derivatives is more like Russian roulette than the job of an exchange engineer in a block watch.

Information on open positions worth up to 557 billion crowns. That is, about how CEZ's trading got out of control and it was necessary to quickly find money somewhere for possible damages. Also, remember those wannabe experts who spent all of 2022 and 23 telling everyone that electricity had to be sold through the stock exchange? Oops, I guess they're liars or misinformers, since CEZ actually sells the vast majority of its generation in the country, directly to customers or distributors.

The increase in electricity prices for customers in the Czech Republic was blamed on the fall of Bohemia Energy and the war in Ukraine. It is a tragedy that the Czech Government and the supervisory authorities allowed this to happen. In addition, they have lied to us for a long time and systematically about the energy crisis and how they are fighting (hard) what they have caused.

Technically, from the point of view of the engineers, there was no reason for the price of electricity in the Czech Republic. The termination of service by Bohemia Energy was an opportunity for other traders to easily gain new customers, perhaps with some price premium. What happened, however, was a battle of "Grab what you can, the cash register is open".

  • Seven dead so far in the vicinity of the Czech Interior Minister and Prime Minister

Smrtici dozimetr"Five dead in Dosimeter" could be the refrain from a song in the style of Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young by Rakušan, Pokorný, Polčák & Dobrovský. It could have its world premiere at the Castle and appear in a collection called "So Far," because there's no guarantee that the deaths related to the Dosimeter criminal case end with Věslav Michalik, Jan Gottvald, Petr Adam, Martin Horák and Ondřej Křivka.

Being close to people from STAN is simply risky. The police are slow to act and still haven't answered the question of whether there's a link between Dosimeter and the sprawling PDZ affair. That one claimed its second death last week (the first was lawyer Petr Kruliš), but Czech TV and Czech Radio were so busy promoting the ruling coalition in the EU elections that they forgot to mention the reported suicide of PDZ Chair Robert Zelenka in their evening news. A seventh strange death in the general vicinity of Interior Min. Vít Rakušan and PM Petr Fiala is probably worth the public media's attention.
