Citát dne

Karel Havlíček Borovský

  • I. PART: Czech-Maroccogate series continued - Czech diplomat in Moscow as a "porn actor" !!!

Cistecky Jiri uprava 12.1.2024Updated 12.1.2024:I originally wanted to retouch the photo of Jiří Čistecký right away. After consultation, I kept it, since the MFA did not respond at all for years. It was not a violation of journalistic ethics, but a justifiable action given the gravity of the situation. Today, I retouched the photo because the reason has missed its effect and is becoming counterproductive. A decent diplomat does not take such pictures and send them to other diplomats or other persons. Such a person has no business in the diplomacy of a developed country, just as those who are informed of the situation do not act and slander those who have been drawing attention to the shameful situation for years. Jiří Čistecký is still the highest representative of the Czech embassy in Moscow. JŠ

1.Low level of Czech civil service and diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic

MZV CR logo EThe portal iDNESreported on the firing of auditor Jan Čapek after he prepared a truthful audit about the non-transparent work of the Foreign Ministry's personnel section. As Čapek correctly states, Minister Jan Lipavský is not telling the truth and, contrary to his statement, he is actually covering for the previous government of A. Babiš. Why? We will try to answer this in our series, where we will reveal the evidence of the Czech version of the Maroccogate scandal, which was investigated in the European Parliament earlier this year and the investigation is still not over.

Prelovsek DamjanChaloupková Jana IIII like the Czech Republic very much and it is hard to write these lines. In the last 4 years I have contacted many Czech politicians, diplomats, civil servants, also MPs and senators. Nobody wanted to deal with the Schengen visa fraud at the Czech embassy in Morocco. Some remained silent, others pleaded that they were not the competent ones. Others openly admitted that they were afraid because they had children and did not want anything to happen to them. The warnings and threats did not go unheeded by me or by Mrs Jana Chaloupková, who refused to issue visas to suspicious persons and investigated the strange people around the visas. Over the years, I have received a lot of evidence from non-corrupt persons interested in justice and truth from Morocco and other African and European countries. All of this material is stored in various places and countries and should anything happen to me or Mrs Chaloupka it will all be made public immediately.

PART II: Czech-Maroccogate series continued - Prime Minister Petr Fiala allegedly has no competence?

PART III: The Czech-Maroccogate series continues - Ambassador Michaela Froňková and her visa "for pretty eyes"

  • MFA affairs: in Vienna, Lipavský sent the police to Šinágl - in Prague, the censor !

EU 20 otazka Hybaskova 15.4.2024EU 20 panel 1 Hybaskova Dostalova 15.4.2024On 15 April 2024, the Institute for Politics and Society held a conference on the topic of the Czech Republic's twenty years in the EU at the ARA Palace. There were four panels. I was interested in PANEL 3: The story of the EU member states that joined in 2004 with the panelist Jana Hybášková, head of the personnel department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic.

Questions could not be asked directly, live, but sent in advance to the SLIDO app (at the end of each panel they were answered, of which there were a record 16). There was limited text in the app, so I divided one question into three. Only this panel was closed without a single question from the public and an explanation from the moderator. The public was silent, I was the only one who spoke, traditionally - see the audio recording of the "public debate", which was only allowed to listen, in both senses of the word. I had to run away to even manage to address Director Hybášková and to hand her questions, she did not accept them - not even the "opposition" panelist, MP Dostálová. Decent behaviour does not need to be documented, politicians can play it well in the media, when they "bury their nose between their eyes". This "unified flight" from the citizen and accountability of the opposing politicians, I have noted for the public and taxpayers. Illustrative of how politicians are afraid of direct democratic debate. In the media, they are fine - the viewer behind the screen is no Langer:-)

About a case from the State Department, or the de facto decision-making power remains in the hands of technocrats elected by no one. Overwhelming bureaucracy just one of the problems that is capable of stifling any effort at change.

The main method is to manipulate their minister, primarily by keeping him busy with time-consuming tasks whose sole purpose is to keep the minister busy and out of his way. However, he does not shy away from using his own mistakes against the Minister.

"This is a tragedy, the entire state and public apparatus is riddled with it. They don't decide ability but who is whose friend, who is kissing up to whom and can be useful in return, by passing on contracts to friends who helped him into office. You can change the whole government, but this is here to stay. You have to change the whole system and that is a Sisyphean job and I'm afraid it's just not feasible without a total screw-up of the whole society."

Systemic change will have to include at least three aspects:

  • Prague Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Monday 27 May 2024 9:00 a.m.: Start of the protest action of the widow of top diplomat Petr Dubovec

    Justice for Petr E

KSE Papez 27.5.2024Updated 30.5.2024: I add a PHOTOGALLERY. "Blood on the hands" is a cultural trait; in Arab countries it is seen as corruption. This event is not on the list of rallies. Islam itself is peaceful, unlike Islamism. Islam has much to give us. Translation of the Arabic inscription: 'Our rights are constitutional, our demands are lawful. All Czech media are silent so far, except for the tabloid BLESK (29.5). You can sign the petition sheets on the spot, and now you can also sign the PETITION on the Internet. On the very first day of the protest, a Czech anonymous person called Mrs. Dubovcova and called her "ZUB" (Arabic for "dick", the worst swear word). The checkpoint is right in front of the police building. The police are correct, as are the KSA staff, including senior officials. Stasek Miloslav velvyslanec v USAKSE dar 27.5.2024I could talk to them without any problems. Finances are important to a widow. She is also trying to rectify the situation at the MFA and the KSA so that this unfortunate event can never happen again. Mrs Dubovcová was personally supported and the petition was signed by former great diplomats Karel Stehno (91 years old) and Miroslav Belica. These three great diplomats deserve to be honored by the state on October 28. Their names will not be found among this year's nominees, but once again a number of people who have done much less for the country. The Czech Nicola Tesla Emil Kolben, founder of ČKD, is again not among them. They have already received honours from the citizens. JŠ

Update 5/28/2024: At the family's request, I am clarifying (to avoid confusion). The term "black paramedics" was used in the incident inventory not to refer to skin color, but to refer to the black-colored clothing of KSA's paramedics. JŠ

I would like to inform you about the protest action of Mrs. Lenka Dubovcova, whose husband Petr Dubovec, a long-time employee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, Councillor-Ambassador, employee of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Riyadh, died during a business trip in Riyadh as a result of failure to provide first aid in February 2019.

Dubovec a HybaskovaDubovec Klaus VondraPeter Dubovec's death was not immediately reported by the media for unclear reasons. Therefore, the widow Lenka Dubovcová, a former employee of consular departments in Arab countries, sought financial compensation on her own. Even after five years of communication with the MFA and the Saudi side, the family has not received an apology, an admission of wrongdoing and proper financial compensation.

For this reason, the widow of Petr Dubovec has resorted to the following steps. She wants to make the whole case and the process of communication with the MFA and Saudi Arabia as public as possible. In an effort to be as open as possible, Mrs. Dubovcova has written a brief (albeit extensive) summary of the events of the case, which you will find in this APPENDIX in Czech (Initials, names and positions of persons in the case).

Dubovec a HavelKSE Simon Perez 27.5.2024Mrs Dubovcová is preparing for a protest action with the help of her family. All her efforts to date to make amends have failed. It will start in front of the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia (Na Zátorce 622/32, 160 00 Prague 6 - Bubeneč) on Monday 27 May at 9:00 am. The end date will depend on the attitude of the other side. An information leaflet in Czech and English - see above - will be available at the protest site for interested media and public.

There is a vital need for the return of real diplomats, educated, capable, morally and characteristically strong personalities, serving the country. Not to turn their positions into a corrupt business of functions, as we are experiencing today in politics in general, unfortunately not only in the Czech Republic. Petr Dubovec was such a great diplomat. The EP elections will be another test of the maturity of today's society.
