Yesterday I caught the traditional Garden Festival at the Věra Čáslavská Primary School in Prague's Petřiny district and in the evening at the National Museum the opening of an exhibition on the life and legacy of Věra Čáslavská. You can see everything essential in the PHOTOGALLERY and two videos from the opening of both events below. I experienced again an incredible symbolism when after the opening of the exhibition the statue of Gen. M. R. Štefánik. I was reminded of his prediction, which is still literally confirmed today and which we should not forget in the context of today. I did not notice the presence of the media at any of the events, except for TV Prague, which filmed an interview with the headmistress of the school. Teachers are supposed to teach and principals are supposed to manage, not fill out stupid forms most of the time, think laws, instead of fully using their brains and common sense and doing what they are supposed to do. Once again, public ČT has failed to do its service - not a word in ČT Events.
