Hmmm after 6 years of extensive evidence, when the treatment period was assessed at 5 days, that's really funny. In the Matlach x Fargaš case no evidence was needed and guilt was decided in a flash. In the Kramny case 5 experts said that they did not die as a result of electrocution and yet recovery was not allowed. That's how we live in the rule of law here...He committed an act, the completion of the crime did not take place, thus he committed an attempted offence and is sentenced...

As far as superficial injuries of bruising are concerned, these are quite light to superficial injuries that did not limit the victim for more than one week. The mild brain injury and cervical sprain were not objectively proven and were rather suspected.... The defendant's unlawful conduct was classified by the Court of Appeal as attempted misdemeanor battery, as the defendant committed an act which was directly aimed at intentionally causing bodily harm to another, which he committed with the intent to commit the offense, but the completion of the offense did not occur...

Ing. Marek Gába - final JUDGMENT in the matter of bodily harm. The Constitutional Court in Ostrava handed down what is probably the most unjust verdict in the history of the Czech Republic. The court knowingly committed a crime and did not recognize the right of the attacked to defend himself. More than six years have passed since the incident! The trial should not have taken place at all, at most a misdemeanor trial, and has already cost hundreds of thousands of crowns, if not millions. I recommend paragraphs 8+13+15+18+19+22+23+24+28. Who will judge judges who knowingly cover up other crimes and criminals at the expense of a decent person!
One day the time must come to an end when those responsible absolve themselves of their own responsibility by reference to the paragraphs, fulfilling them only in form. The spirit of the law and the search for justice do not interest them at all. JŠ
