A flagrant violation of the law, in no way comparable to the political trials of the 1950s. Those who have not been, seen or heard will not believe the judicial monstrosity going on in an EU member state! I could not keep silent and just watch, remembering the May Day of the communists in Letná in 2005.
Listen to Part I of the hearing, where I directly ask the presiding judge Ing. Bc. Lubomír Koliba, whether he is a police officer in the GIBS? He confirmed that he is (more in the link below). The closing speech of the defense attorney of Maros Straňák, Josef Bartončík (11:39) was excellent (the defense attorney of David Šimon, Dr. Robert Cholenský, was not present).

In style, nothing new, on the original evidence, everything in perfect order. On new unchallenged evidence, he questions or relativizes almost everything. It admits no doubt and flagrantly, knowingly, violates the legal principle of "when in doubt, in favour of the accused". He constantly, pre-emptively threatens the public with being escorted out of the courtroom (at least he no longer issues fines, which he also once "honoured" me with).
He mistakenly removed me (30:45) from the courtroom (further evidence of how he was "preoccupied" with my presence). After the hearing was over, I had already spoken (46:50). I was pleased that several people thanked me for my "closing statement". The road to hell awaits many actors in this criminal case directed by the Police, the judiciary and the criminal structures connected to them. Even the priest who preferred not to disclose confessional secrets to freeing two young, innocent people will probably not avoid it.
It is not surprising that the media do not mention the murdered Miroslav Sedlář, who was murdered not because of a jewellery robbery but because of illegal modifications of weapons for the Slovak police and mafia. It is quite possible that Ján Kuciak and his girlfriend were shot with his modified gun...
